Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClawDaddy ("we", "us", "our") at clawdaddy.run, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

ClawDaddy is an AI agent hosting platform. We provide cloud-hosted infrastructure for deploying and managing personal AI agents on Telegram. Users configure their own agents, including prompts, tools, and integrations. ClawDaddy provides the hosting environment; users maintain control over agent configuration and behavior.

Experimental Service & AI Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.

  • The Service uses artificial intelligence which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs
  • AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice
  • Users must review all AI outputs before relying on them
  • Users are responsible for their agents' behavior, including autonomous actions and financial transactions
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Conduct network attacks, DDoS, or unauthorized access
  • Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
  • Generate or distribute illegal content, including CSAM
  • Violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms.

User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of your agent configurations, prompts, and conversation data. You grant ClawDaddy a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for any other purpose.

Subscriptions & Payment

  • Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full credit card information
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

Third-Party Dependencies

The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), OpenRouter (AI model routing), and Telegram (messaging platform). We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, model behavior changes, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWDADDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClawDaddy from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
