Use this structured checklist:
1) Pre-trade setup

Select 4h timeframe
add a study "ATR - Average True Range"
add a study "RSI", configure its upper band to 70 an its lower band to 30
Propose to buy gold every time the RSI on 4H touches the lower band. Set the SL to the price = current_price - ATR_value

Entering mid-range (no clear level/edge).
